Dial My Dentist is proud to award scholarships to deserving students that will be attending College or University in the Fall of 2011.  Our scholarships have been generously donated each year by our loyal clients.  The primary goal of the program is to reward students who can demonstrate, through an essay, that they understand the value of an education.

To be eligible for our company scholarship you must be between the ages of 16 and 20.  Note that your age is based on the date of the deadline.  The deadline for the scholarship will be 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on July 16, 2011.

To be Eligible you:

A) Must be between the ages of 16-20 on July 16, 2011

B) Must be attending a College or University in the Fall of 2011

C) Must be a resident of the United States or Canada

D) Must complete the application form, including the essay prior to the deadline

Minimum Value of the Award: $1,000
Number of Awards Given: 1
Final Date to Submit your Application: 11:59 EST on July 16, 2011
